1. Use
This machine is mainly used for filling of beverages containing steam. This machine will wash, filling, sealing three functions in one body, the whole process to achieve automation, suitable for glass bottles, aluminum cap filling. The filling method adopts isobaric filling, which makes the filling speed faster and more stable. Compared with the machine of the same specification, the machine has higher output and greater benefit. The machine adopts advanced Siemens programmable controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, the bottle inlet chain adopts frequency converter to speed regulation, and the host inverter cooperate with each other to make the bottle inlet operation more stable and reliable. Photoelectric detection of the running status of each component, a high degree of automation, easy to operate. It is the ideal preferred equipment for beverage manufacturers.
