Suntech has signed a supply agreement with GRIDSERVE recently for a total of 34.7MW to build a solar power stationusing bifacial modules in Warrington UK, the project of which will all adopt bifacial modules, P-type, monocrystalline PERC, manufactured by Suntech, who will start supplying for the biggest bifacialmodules power station in Europe from June.

Recently, European PV and Energy Storage Market Briefing 2019, organized by EuPD Research, was held in Dusseldorf, Germany. Suntech attended by invitation and won the “Top Brand PV ” Seal！

Moerdijk is one of the largest petrochemical production sites in Europe, and Moerdijk Solar Park is one of the largest solar parks in the Netherlands. The Modules in the park were installed by one of the leading solar EPC contractor Biosar Energy (UK) Limited, member of AKTOR Group. With over 12 years of successful cooperation with Suntech, Biosar has engineered, procured, constructed and operated GW’s of PV power plants, including some of the industry’s benchmarks such as the one in Moerdijk. Moerdijk SolarPark has been designed with 76,000 high efficiency, monocrystalline, half- cell solar modules delivered by Suntech. Suntech’s leading technology solar modules arrived at the Port of Rotterdam last September and are now generating approximately 27 megawatts of peak capacity for Shell’s Moerdijk Solar Park, equivalent to the energy consumption by 9,000 Dutch households. It is reported that all the solar modules in the Solar Park have performed excellently in circuit optimization and internal loss reduction, which is attributed to the constant pursuit of excellent quality by the company that demands all manufactured modules must undergo multiple strict tests to ensure the on-site steady and safe performance.

The Central Asia Renewable Energy Summit 2019 was held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on February 27-28, 2019 (local time). Suntech delivered their report entitled, “New Solutions to High Power Output.” This report detailed the analysis of the current market situation in Central Asia, and provided effective solutions which was highly acclaimed by the guests and media members.

Recently, the PV Module Forum 2019, sponsored by TÜV Rheinland, opened at TÜV Rheinland’s head office in Cologne, Germany. TÜV Rheinland is an internationally renowned independent third-party inspection, testing and certification Institution. As a world-renowned PV manufacturer, Suntech arrived at this forum and displayed its latest concepts for technological innovation and products with higher power output.

On February 26th (local time), Genera 2019 opened at IFEMA in Madrid, Spain. As a world-renowned solar PV manufacturer, Suntech presented a number of its flagship solar modules. These modules showcased Suntech’s strengths, helped to consolidate the Spanish market, and expanded Suntech’s products into the surrounding markets.

According to data feedback gathered from third-party insurance companies, as of December 31, 2018, the proportion of complaints regarding Suntech’s products among all complaints received by third-party insurance companies, such as Munich RE and The People’s Insurance Company of China (PICC), within the past five years, was only 100 ppm. This is far lower than the industry average, representing just 0.01%. Suntech has always been universally acclaimed for its exceedingly high quality in the PV industry. No matter how severe the weather, Suntech solar modules always ensure stable, reliable power generation.

On February 19, 2019 local time, The Solar Show MENA opened at the Nile Ritz Carlton hotel in Cairo, Egypt. Suntech participated in the exhibition, and brought advanced products and technical concepts.

Recently, Suntech’s Half Cell Module successfully passed the damp heat and UV combined test, and obtained the certification report issued by the Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker (VDE).
