Runergy Sets New Standards with N-Type Module: 624.9W Power Output and 24.2% Efficiency

Runergy has recently announced a major milestone with its self-developed 182MM Series 144 half-cell N-type solar module, now certified by TÜV Rheinland. With standard dimensions of 2278*1134mm, this module delivers an impressive power output of 624.9W, exceeding comparable products by approximately 30W and achieving a remarkable conversion efficiency of 24.2%. This accomplishment sets a new benchmark for power output and efficiency in its category.

Runergy is dedicated to enhancing product performance to meet its global customers’ needs, continually pushing the limits of solar cell and module efficiency. In pursuit of excellence, Runergy has optimized the optical properties of module encapsulation materials, refining the surface structure and anti-reflective layers to improve light absorption. The rigorous testing in high-efficiency cell laboratories has led to the development of an innovative doped ultra-thin poly layer for the back side, enhancing long-wavelength optical response. Additionally, Runergy has designed a low-surface doping concentration boron diffusion process, along with specialized metallization pastes and fine line printing techniques, significantly reducing electrical losses and boosting cell efficiency.

On the module front, Runergy has enhanced both front and back materials to maximize light absorption and solar energy utilization. Through cutting-edge solutions like low-resistance technology, Runergy has minimized electrical losses and implemented edge passivation techniques to address slicing losses, further increasing module power output.

Since its inception, Runergy has prioritized innovation, bringing together top talent in the solar energy sector to develop more efficient, reliable, and safe solar solutions. By leveraging advanced technology and superior manufacturing, Runergy is driving transformation in the industry.
