How to use?

1. Install the battery. Open the battery slot cover and install the new battery according to the correct polarity. Note that only alkaline batteries can be used. When the laser distance meter is not used for a long time, the battery should be removed to prevent the battery from rotting.

2. Start the device. Press the red power button briefly, and the device will display information such as the lighting, battery power and beeping until the first work instruction is issued. The device can be turned off at any time. If there is no operation within 150 seconds, the laser meter will automatically shut down.

3. Set the measurement reference side. Press the measurement reference selection key until the desired measurement reference side appears. The setting of the measurement reference side will not change until it is set again or turned off.

4. Aim at the target. Aim the handheld laser distance meter at the target and make sure that the target is within the measurement range. The effective measurement distance is generally within 100 meters.

5. Measure the distance. Press the measurement key, the instrument will emit a laser beam, and calculate the time for the laser beam to propagate from the laser meter to the target to obtain the target distance. The measurement result will be displayed on the display. If necessary, you can use the clear key to return to normal mode or make a new measurement.

Notes

1. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles when installing the battery, and only use alkaline batteries.

2. Do not point the laser emitter of the handheld laser meter directly at the sun when measuring. Eyes or shine it into the eyes through a reflective surface (such as a mirror reflection).

3. Be careful and gentle during use, and avoid placing it in places that are too humid, hot or exposed to direct sunlight.

4. The sun is too strong, the ambient temperature fluctuates too much, the reflection effect of the reflective surface is weak. When the battery power is insufficient, the measurement result error will be large. In this case, it is best to use a target reflector.
